Removing Barriers and Creating Opportunities

At NXT Chapter, we believe everyone deserves access to the resources and opportunities needed to build a better future. We work with youth and adults who may be facing challenges related to probation, reentry, employment, housing, recovery, or disengaging from negative environments.

Our services are designed to remove barriers and provide practical support. We assist with vital documents such as IDs, birth certificates, and Social Security cards, as well as immigration resources, SSI and SSDI assistance, housing resources, transportation, free cell phones, and basic hygiene needs.

We also help individuals prepare for employment through resume building, job searches, interview preparation, career guidance, and access to professional clothing. Through Skillvrse, participants can explore more than 300 career and trade pathways using virtual reality training.

NXT Chapter also provides peer recovery classes, youth and adult outreach, and support for individuals seeking to move away from gang involvement and negative environments. Our goal is to help people build positive connections, discover new opportunities, and create a stronger foundation for their future.
